Regular Sunday Worship

All ages are welcome at St. Paul's as all generations have something to teach and offer the church.  It is great to see children and young people with their families in the church itself during the services (please don’t worry about the noise!), or at our youth groups which run at our 10am service: Space for ages 5 to 10 and Spy for ages 11 to 15.

This paragraph needs revision. All Services are temporarily being held in our Church Hall as our Church has been declared Earthquake prone. (Our 8am service starts in the church itself, while our 10 am service starts in the area just as you enter the church building. We meet and walk in together as the gathered body of Christ).

Both services use A New Zealand Prayer Book but the two services have a slightly different style. Our 8am congregation is a more traditional service while the 10am is more contemporary.

You are welcome to share Communion with us, where we have both wine and grape juice available. Or, if you wish, you can simply ask for a blessing. In the Side Chapel (on the far side of the Church), we have a place of prayer available during Communion, and there is always someone available to talk or pray with you.

Know that you are loved and welcome here in this place of sanctuary.  Nau mai, haere mai. All are welcome here.
