I find the CBS Bible Study very enriching, not only is it absolutely Bible based which I love, it also brings me closer to God while learning more about our wonderful Father. I also enjoy time spent with sisters in Christ.      Carlien.

For me, having to complete a set amount of study in a specific timeframe helps me to achieve my study goals.       Judi.

CBS gives us really worthwhile study in depth of God's word. Before CBS I really didn't understand much of the Bible. It's a good way to get together to share different perspectives in a non-threatening, relaxed, helpful and supportative  group.     Tracey.

CBSs aim is to get everyone in the world reading and understanding God's Word.

Who we are. Our group meets in the church lounge each Wednesday morning during term time. We're a friendly group of ladies, 30 to 60 ish some with school-age children.  We attend various local churches and really appreciate being able to use St. Paul's facilities.

What we do. In 2016 we studied "The Return to Jerusalem" using a 30 week course. This had many lessons for us today and draws on the Books of Nehemiah, Ester and others. We have a commentary to read and homework spread over six days, then we meet to discuss our answers. We  finish each week's study with a presentation on the appropriate text and discuss applying it to our daily life in Christ. This year we are studying the Book of Acts.
